The Board confirms its recognition of the
Association as the exclusive representative
of all designated academic full-time and
part-time (see Section 2.2 of the Article)
Unit Member employees of the Board, including
Librarians, Counselors, academic support
personnel, Department Chairpersons, and Work
Experience/ROP Liaison personnel, excluding
Management, Confidential and Supervisory
employees and Program Coordinators who
receive release time for administrative and
supervisor duties, as defined in the EERA for
the purposes of meeting and negotiating.
