Section 1: Amendments may be proposed to this Constitution by any member of the organization. Such proposals shall be presented in full written form to the entire membership not less than two (2) weeks prior to voting upon such amendments. Section 2: Amendments shall require a 2/3 vote of those members present at any regular meeting, providing the requirements of Article XI, Section 1, have been met. Section 3: By-Laws may be adopted by a majority of those members present at any regular meeting, providing that a copy of the proposed By-Laws is presented to each member at least two (2) days prior to the meeting at which they are to be considered. Section 4: This Constitution will be effective upon 2/3 vote of the members. |
