Section 1: There shall be a Negotiating Team appointed by the president with the advice and consent of a majority of the board. The tenure and responsibility allocation shall be: 1. 1st year - Recorder 2. 2nd year - Resource Person 3. 3rd year - Spokesperson Section 2: The president with the advice and consent of a majority of the board shall appoint such ad hoc ommittees as are deemed necessary to fulfill the purposes of the association. |
