Section 1: The officers shall be a president, a president-elect, a secretary, and a treasurer. Section 2: These officers shall be elected annually by the majority of those members voting at a meeting held the month prior to the start of the Spring Semester. Section 3: Procedures of nomination and election are hereinafter provided in the By-Laws. |
