A. The Professional Relations Committee:

The PRC shall strive to maintain professional standards of conduct. All matters which are brought before it shall be handled as a confidential matter between the individual and the committee. Individual faculty members may report any irregularities in ethical conduct to this committee either in writing or in person.
  1. The Professional Relations Committee shall be composed of three (3) members appointed by the Executive Board.
  2. Members of the Professional Relations Committee shall serve as follows: one (1) to be for one year, one (1) to be for two years, and one (1) for three years.
  3. The two-year term member shall serve as the Association Grievance Officer.
B. Faculty/Mayock House Maintenance Committee:

Section 1:

The By-Laws pertaining to the Faculty/Mayock House shall be in effect only for the period of time the G.C.F.A. is responsible for the maintenance of the facility. When such responsibility ends, these By-Laws are automatically rescinded.

Section 2: Function

The Committee's primary functions shall be to:
  1. determine interior and exterior structural. and furnishing design;
  2. determine the maintenance needs of the facility;
  3. perform the needed work or make arrangements through paid or volunteer labor to complete the tasks;
  4. present an annual budget to the Executive Board;
  5. perform other tasks mutually agreed upon by the committee and the Executive Board.
Section 3: Committee Membership and Organization
  1. The President-Elect of the G.C.F.A. shall serve as the chairperson of the committee and shall:
    1. maintain a facility use calendar;
    2. be responsible for the keys;
    3. call and conduct meetings.
  2. Committee Membership and Terms
    1. The committee shall have at least six members, excluding the chair, who will serve staggered terms as follows:
      1. One-year term: two members;
      2. Two-year term: two members;
      3. Three-year term: two members.
    2. Replacement of members shall be appointed by the Executive Board at the end of the Fall Term.
Section 4: Meetings
  1. Committee meetings shall be held as needed
