Section 1: The executive board or an ad hoc committee appointed by the executive board shall present a slate of officers to the entire membership at an annual meeting in the month prior to the Spring Semester. Section 2: Additional nominations may be proposed from the floor. Section 3: The candidate receiving the largest number of votes shall be declared elected. If more than one candidate is nominated for a given office, the balloting shall be by written, secret vote. |
