Quick snapshot of 2006-07 Contract Improvements

 

 

    1. An increase of 1.23% growth over FY04/05, and 4.5% COLA over FY05/06.  
    2. Step 22 added to Track II to Track V; no requirements.
    1. Hourly rates higher if divided by 16 week.
    2. A side letter on intent to move to 16-week divider.
    3. Additional duties/counselors/librarians/nurse at Lab rate.
    4. Meeting rate of $33 remains the same.
    1. Two (2) faculty members at any time.
    2. Revoke by mutual agreement during the first year.
    3. Sunset by June 30, 2009 unless re-negotiated.
    4. The original article is retained, with application process streamlined – submit to dean, who will initiate the adm. process.
